I find it interesting when Bill LLyod, (Warwick citizen) member of the WFD, constantly states i am a liar and wrong, posts no data, but just states Im wrong. If I am , then the records produced are wrong. He says there are no investigations, yet the SOS and AG had to come with a team of people to teach the fire department that they cannot destroy records, that they are required by law to have a record retention written practice, and not withstanding, the chief got caught publicly in 5 lies in front of the council.

So anyone who questions the heros, is a liar. These guys have been gaming the system for decades, they know, the council knows it, we all know it. But im the only one to expose it. How much more info do you want me to post? I have everyone's schedule for the entire year, the sick pay sheets, unused sick pay bonus sheets, base salaries, year end salaries, etc..etc..etc..

How is it that a guy that is scheduled to work at 08:00 shift, calls out for a vacation day, then comes back in on the same day same shift to work overtime? Want the name(s)?

How can a guy who is scheduled to work the 08:00 shift, call in sick, but then come in that same day on the 18:00 shift on a call back for overtime? Want the name(s)?

Shift swapping last year cost the city $563,000. See, fire fighters dont understand, and neither does the general public, that they have enormous amounts of vacation time and sick time. So instead of taking a vacation day, they do a change of shift, and preserve the vacation day to be monetized later at a higher rate.

Just one example of scamming. How about this guy, his initials are JS. From March 1 to May 4th he worked a total of 6 days using 4 days change of shift after 4 days vacation, then 4 days off, then 4 days change of shift. Over and over and over. You think thats ok? Its a scam.

Oh and today was a perfect example. Every truck in the city was at station 1 as I was going to S&S. They had food trucks in the parking lot. As I entered S&S, Engine 6 was leaving, and as I pulled in Engine 9 was behind me. Its a party all day in Warwick.
