We are disseminating the 2016-17 accountability sheets. The city refuses to release the 2017-18 sheets. Please look at the first quarter of 2016-17. 1105 vacation days out of 1105 vacation days were covered at overtime. YOUR CHIEF stated to the city council, on tape, that 100% of vacation days are covered by floaters at straight time. His comment, not mine. Clearly he lied. Listen to the audio of the hearing. In addition, why are the form 109's being destroyed if the dept. has nothing to hide???
