I am sure Congressman Langevin -- a winner in multiple elections and highly-regarded elected official, unlike the make-believe mayor -- appreciates the support, though he may agree with honest, taxpaying voters in not thinking very highly of a past election loser and confirmed tax delinquent who gets other people to pay the taxes and sewer/water fees on his residence.
