You can’t just cut taxes without stating exactly what line on the budget you would cut, you’d also have to state what revenue would be used to fill in that loss. As far as cutting spending, which union are you going to cut from? Benefits take up 80+% of the Schools budget so I’m just going to assume the same is on the city side. Mr. Cote or Mr. Cushman could probably give the exact percentage.
