School starts in just about a month and they are still dithering about trying to come up with some numbers to set policy.
What a way to run a railroad. Announce the schedule, sell the tickets, start the train and THEN start to think about laying some rail to reach the destination.
Plus, did the teachers ever get their raises? They were promised them around christmas but I haven't heard if they were implemented.
