Every person who gets on the ballot in Warwick is assured of 30% of the vote. That 30 % is from the people who haven't got a clue. By the way, in the last election, Jim Ferola who ran against Travis got 38% off the vote. He never put up one single sign, never engaged in any conversation, never had a second of press. Think about it.
