Rick, I am actually happy that you thanked Cat for his/her advice. If you actually read Cat's comments you would have read the following:
(Quoting Cat2222) "I will never believe you were not delinquent on your car taxes. Public record calls you a liar. You haven't fixed the record, therefore, the public record stands as proof of the facts".
This was brought to your attention years ago, Rick. As a candidate for Mayor, if this really was some sort of "mistake" wouldn't you have immediately demanded the record be corrected? Why is it your car taxes from '09 to '12 were late? '13-'15 your car disappears from the tax rolls NOT EVEN A RECORD OF PAYMENT and reappears when you become a candidate. The level of word games and spin is astonishing. You are a liar Rick! The only coward is the man presented with facts, that still can't admit when he's wrong.
