Cat and Scal, we know what the public records show about the make-believe mayor, and we know his claim of having emails is just a desperate attempt to trick readers.

"The city got more taxes."

No, those were interest penalties -- that means he was delinquent and the city was making up for not having those payments in the first place.

That's what interest penalties are -- they're meant to cover the deficit created by delinquent taxpayers.

At least the make-believe mayor is finally admitting to his tax delinquency in this case, though he still has not explained why his BANKRS registration was not valid for three years.
