Notmycaptain - Where do you think the money is going to come from to fix or replace the vehicles that were taken on a joyride? If we find and persecute the person, we could possibly recoup some of the money. As it stands, any repairs/replacements will be funded by taxpayers dollars. Are you really okay with that? There should be better security and Thecaptain is correct in stating that there was an internal problem of theft in previous years so his point is valid. I can appreciate sarcasm but not stupidity.
