Cat I disagree. While Solomon is still the best (or, only logical) choice, and Stenhouse really unqualified, this is #3 on the list (so far) of Solomon's Sgt Schultz issues. He's not looking like he is proactive, or even, in this case, responsible. 2 meetings in 14 years, and failing to protect a precious high visibility landmark like this? I'm sorry. No excuse is good enough.
