By the way, once the Mayor submits the budget and the public hearings close it is then the council’s budget to adopt so whose responsible for tax increases. I think there was at least one year maybe 2 where the council voted no on the budget which ment the Mayor’s budget went in as proposed. Now that’s leadership.
