You are more right than your comment stated. Not only does this new rescue cost the taxpayers nothing, it actually makes positive fee income for the Warwick Fire Department. Smart smart smart. Many thanks to Congressman Jim Langevin and all involved. The 80,000 taxpayers that are paying the tab just got a discount. Great news!
