I did experience first hand of the mistakes made by the dive team in the 90's. I was actually called in to find the evidence that they were unable to find on several occasions. My point is that you cannot always depend on inter office personnel to train people that do not have the expertise in that particular discipline.

At some point you need to take the advice of the professionals in the community. However, this has nothing to do with the issue at hand which is the over payment of sick time..
