FAFSA is like a black hole. You struggle to find it and fill it out, struggle to submit it and then struggle to log back in again every year to do it all over again. Never have I been as frustrated as I was with FAFSA. If they are offering help I suggest you take it because if not, you will most certainly want to throw something.
