Well that pretty much says it all, doesnt it? Here's a thought, after a few "max tax hikes" and people find Warwick less desirable, and it gets harder to sell homes, which leads to price drops, property values will drop. That could actually collapse tax revenue... just when the expense line passes the revenue line. And... we're also due for a recession!

I hope Joe Solomon is really really smart and creative!
