Something has to be done to stop charging home owners 22,000 for the privilege of having sewers run by their homes. That's a ton of money. Even if you give someone 20 years to pay it, add the yearly sewage use fees on the water bill and you're talking 1500 or more a year. That is IF you are going to live in your home for the next 20 years.
