Be careful last time a study was done it came back that more firefighters were needed ,as Warwick which runs engines with 3 personnel does not meet NFPA standards for manpower ( 4 personnel per Engine Company) Also closing engine companys would not be advisable as ISO ratings are based on response times, and insurance premiums based on ISO ratings.
