It may be a good idea to start setting up a process for bankruptcy. It's clear, the taxpayers are in for max tax increases for the foreseeable future. We'll be much better off to get a fresh start. The sad thing is that several people sat in council meetings & warned this was coming for at least a decade. All while, the public employees who's retirements they were trying to protect jeered at them. I truly hope the people that defrauded the city get the justice they deserve.
