You can speculate as to "why" due process was carried out by Karen Bachus but shouldn't you be giving her credit for actually doing it? "Res Ipsa Loquitor" is Latin for "The action speaks for itself". She factually did what she was supposed to do. She followed the rules. Her actions proved there WAS "due process". I don't think any of us has the right to fault her for that. I can't understand why you have.
