Any new buildings would reduce the rate a little, and there is some new residential and commercial construction going on in Warwick. But let's just say it is a 4% rate hike every year, this is the table for a home that is paying $4000 property tax in this budget year and increasing 4% each year for the next ten years (which, as we all know, goes by quick!):
