Report Inappropriate Comments

I'm in total agreement with the comments already made here.

Mayor Solomon and Council President Merolla seem to be saying that, either a.) they didn't do their jobs on the city council and properly review the contracts put in front of them, or b.) were fooled by Mayor Avedisian into signing the contracts.

Neither of these "defenses" actually excuses their behavior -- then or now.

As PaulHuff says, nobody's buying it. I'd also add, we're all going to pay for it.
