With Mr. Cote's extensive criminal record, it is almost beyond belief that he would make such a tasteless comment regarding having a barbecue at his home with animals he is accused of brutally and painfully murdering on the menu. Apparently, his previous arrest by DEM for almost blowing up an entire neighborhood did not have any effect on his continued criminal behavior. Perhaps when the DEM criminal investigators watch the tape of Mr. Cote at the city council meeting bragging about trapping and murdering hundreds of animals, they will pay a visit to his home, and he will once again be in the familiar position of having his arms behind his back with handcuffs on his wrists. You would think that after all of his previous arrests and interactions with law enforcement, Mr. Cote would try and keep a low profile and stay out of trouble, but as they say, "a leopard never changes it's spots". Please Mr. Cote-get the professional psychiatric help you so desperately need.
