So that’s awesome you’re starting a business and it involves CBD have you taken a look at the governors budget which is about to impose a 40% tax on CBD products, did you know all your products will have to be tested in a qualified RI lab for each and every batch this is also a law in Massachusetts and from what I’ve been told and have not seen yet is all the products you sell will need to be grown and manufactured here in RI and there will be a $2000 license to be able to sell it here, how do I know this I own a CBD distributorship/retail business in RI and I’m about to move it all to Attleboro, Massachusetts if this budget passes as written RI can kiss my sales tax goodbye and guess what my retail customers will also follow me across the border and guess who will get the sales tax Massachusetts not RI.
