I'm curious....If Cote's numbers are all WRONG, and they were gathered from a city personnel supplement, then that means the city's numbers are wrong, or different? Is this what is being looked at? I also wonder who Cote has retained as an attorney because some of the comments here walk right up to the line of defamation, slander and libel...Jus' sayin' words sometimes can have Draconian consequences...
As for the reval, My house jumped $70K in assessed value and the real estate comps. don't seem to bear that out...If you appeal, do your homework first.
