Farina, in an announcement regarding the Cranston resolution, said the Diversity Committee’s focus on inclusion would extend to “different races, ethnicities, genders, ages, religions, disabilities and sexual orientations along with differences in education, personalities, skill sets, experiences and knowledge bases.”

Diversity; The 21st Century's Grand Hoax. Do these beaurocrats understand how foolish they sound? Are we to understand that Cranston seeks more uneducated Guatemalan gay midgets with no skills? How does such an approach make any entity 'stronger'? Answer: It doesn't. Rather, much like many colleges and universities, it creates a fictitious need for "diversity consultants" and "outreach workers", whose job is to see to it that there are never enough uneducated Guatemalan gay midgets with no skills. The solution: More diversity consultants. And all the editorial platitudes in the world will not change one essential truth: Some people are simply more competent, more skilled, and more productive than others.
