Looks like responsibly budgeting for employee pensions is no longer a priority with this city council -- all their bluster won't cover the problems they created with the city budget, and which they are now trying to correct by taking money from the schools.

There's nothing in their responses that show Merolla and Ladouceur care about anything except blaming other people for their own mismanagement.
