Exactly Dave. Shekarchi has the largest war chest in RI & know he's in a safe seat. Right now he's in line to be Speaker. I would love to see a formidable candidate run against him & boot him out. Imagine all of the firefighters that will start getting OT after 42 hours instead of 53. We already have massive firefighter OT overruns. These bills will kill so many towns.
BTW, RI is probably already in a recession according to a URI economist.
