There in lies the problem...I have watched this nonsense go on here for over 50 years...This myopic, parochial, and antiquated method of doing business is exactly why this State is in the jackpot that it is in, and people have had enough.

We are broke financially and morally. Obviously in your mind the spoils system is a cost of doing business...That's what the Roman empire thought as well...People are gonna believe what they are gonna believe, until it all comes crashing down and the proletariat are left looking at each other saying, "WHAT HAPPENED?"
