Missing 3 hours a day of work is rediculous in today’s economy. A single mother can not afford to jeopardize her job. A child should be in his/her classroom when school starts and with the breakfast that was promised to him in his tummy. This is a major failure, but, it is the lethargy on the part of those responsible that is totally unacceptable. Those accountable should live in fear of loosing there job for child neglect!
