Solomon is now saying he wants to borrow for road repaving. This in spite of the fact he berated Avedisian for suggesting that years ago.
I guess that is like Joe saying in February we have a fiscal crisis but now we don't.
Just wait a couple weeks and Joe will repudiate everything he stood for 20 yrs. He following the Avedisian playbook to the letter.
