The Greene House is the home of American heroes! General George Sears Greene, who was one of the great heroes of the Battle of Gettysburg, was born here and his son, Samuel Dana Greene, was a Union hero of the Battle of the Monitor and Merrimack. I shudder to think of Warwick’s hack politicians being involved in the move of this priceless American treasure.
