Curiously, Earl Bond, the WSA’s interim executive director, is quoted here, but doesn’t say anything about the Bayside project. I found a PDF dated March 1, 2016 (“Bayside Sewer Project Fact Sheet.pdf”) on their website. It shows the estimated cost is 20-30K per property, among other things. This 3-year-old document appears to be the latest statement from the sewer authority on the project. If the sewer authority has something more up-to-date and important to say, why is it not on the sewer authority website, and why go 3 years without an update? Out of respect for those who will be footing the (likely very large) assessment bill, I hope the Bayside residents were frequently and directly briefed, and not through Beacon articles.

(ps - the PDF file can be found at http://www.warwicksewerauthority.com/index.php/27-warwick-sewer-authority/construction-projects/68-bayside. This page has links to phase I and II, but each link downloads the same document)
