WFD should be making alot less than what they are making. More than half the day is spent sitting on their ass, cruising the City wasting gas & wear and tear on vehicles, and let's not forget shopping runs. They go to Union events, anywhere they want, with their trucks while on duty being paid.

None of them, including the Chief, should make more than the Mayor of the City. We could easily go private, or at a minimum, cut the staff by one third, except that they use firefighter written bullshit studies and so-called expert requirements documents that make manpower higher, and equipment more than ever needed. It is all a SCAM, from the top down. The only reason they get away with it is because the National FF organization, and local Unions control the SCUMBAG politicians at all levels of our entire government. WFD are all overpaid legends in their own minds. Real firemen call WFD CELLAR DWELLERS. Any serious fires in the city turn out to be total loses. Majority of calls are medical in nature, but they send engines on ALL calls to bump up their calls for service statistics.

Wake up taxpayers, and demand changes to stop this scam, that has been going on for far to long, because SCUMBAG POLITICIANS will never do it until forced too.
