If Sinapi wants to limit the commission the public unions don't need 3 members on the commission. 1 should be able to represent the concerns of the multiple memberships. Would be nice to see a member of the public like Bob Cushman that understands finance & doesn't need to get re-elected.
Will city have to unilaterally cut retiree benefits & fight to RISC? Hard to believe the exponential cost increases can be sustained.
