The current ARC is 34 million per year. (ARC= ANNUAL REQUIRED CONTRIBUTION) You will note the word REQUIRED. We are not meeting the REQUIRED CONTRIBUTION. We are 23 million short of the REQUIRED CONTRIBUTION. But you are right, I'm a dope. A dope that is not a beneficiary of a broken system that has been scammed by corrupt politicians and union thugs.

Speaking of union thugs, tonight at 5:24PM Engine 1 came by my house blasting the air horn like the little pre-pubescent children that they are, in an attempt to annoy me and my neighbors. That was after responding to a rescue call on Long street where upon arrival, it was determined that they were not needed, so they took a cruise by my house. All caught on video, and confirmed from fire dispatch at 5:47pm, and recorded.
