IT's all well and good to have 20 or 30 years to pay EXCEPT WHEN YOU GO TO SELL YOUR HOME YOU HAVE TO PAY OFF THE LOAN!!!!! Almost no one stays in the same home for 20-30 years anymore. So if you sell in 5-7 years, kiss any equity goodbye.
RIPOFF. They don't care about the citizens. $20,000 to $30,000 or more for sewers is criminal.
