What a joke.....Ms. Burke states Mr. Ladooceur and Gullucci took the time... .those 2 councilmen represent the Wards that benefit from the explosion in new sewer debt. The ordinance in question is basically special interest legislation for Ladoceeur's ward.
Ladoceur is to be complimented.....he packed the commission with 12 of the 13 members who want sewers. The findings are a farce.
