Kevin, Not sure what you mean by "coordinating councils", but the very last thing we need is for the government to be more involved in anything. If you wish to "tweak" regulations and taxes by reducing them, I'm all in since over-regulation and confiscatory taxes is what got us in this bind. Right now in the US, we have many jobs going unfilled due to a lack of highly-skilled, highly-trained workers. In fact, the national unemployment rate for those with college degrees is 3.1% (basically full employment) vs. 7.9% for those with less than a high school diploma. Want a job? Stay in school.
