I still haven't had a single one of you list a single concession you would make to city employees, in order to make these changes possible. You cannot just rule with an iron fist and expect the unions to say sure we'll pay more for health insurance, earn less benefits, continue to not receive a raise. That's not how you negotiate and its not even a starting point. What concessions would you make?
