A group of lawyers including Henry Monti, Greg Massad, Michael Goldberg, Michael Mesolella and Sen. Michael McCaffrey visited Lippitt School last week to promote the use of helmets while riding bikes, and using scooters, skateboards and skates. A total of 120 helmets were given to third, fourth and fifth graders following a short movie and comments by McCaffrey. This is the 17th year the Rhode Island Association for Justice has run the program. The association expects to distribute 1,000 helmets this year. (Warwick Beacon photos)
