The body of a man found in a depression alongside Toll Gate Road Tuesday afternoon at about 3:45 west of Route 2 has been identified as 52-year-old Joseph Graham.
Police Captain Christopher Stewart said yesterday that a passerby saw the body and called police. While the department is waiting for the state medical examiner’s report, Stewart said, “There was no outward appearance of serious trauma.” Foul play is not suspected.
Police identified the body from credentials Graham was carrying. He is believed to be living in West Warwick.
Stewart was not able to say whether Graham had a medical condition.
