The state will get its first Not Your Average Joe’s Kitchen & Bar and Warwick could get several more stores with revisions now being done to Warwick Mall. “We’re doing what we have to do,” the mall’s managing partner Aram Garabedian said in a recent interview. The work on the Route 5 side of the mall property includes the demolition of the former European Spa and a reconfiguration of the mall’s interior traffic plan, thereby providing additional space for the restaurant and possible future free-standing stores. Garabedian said Not Your Average Joe’s wants to open by Christmas. The restaurant chain, with the nearest location being in Seekonk, offers casual American dining.
