Hitchcock gets a Hendricken spin
STALE SANDWICHES: Pamela, played by Kelly Robertson, watches as Brian Duranleau, who plays Richard Hannay, takes a big bite out of a stale loaf of bread during their stay at the Scottish inn.

Bishop Hendricken High School will present the outrageous comedy “The 39 Steps” this weekend in the school’s Dr. Daniel S. Harrop Theater. Adapted from the John Buchanon novel and the Alfred Hitchcock movie of the same name, “The 39 Steps” follows Richard Hannay’s foibles as he journeys across England and Scotland in the 1930s. The play will have three performances this weekend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 7 p.m. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for students. Tickets can be purchased by calling 739-3450 ext. 172 or visiting www.Hendricken.com.
