Lois T. (Leach) Sturdahl, 87, passed away Sunday, October 18, at the West Shore Health Center. She was the beloved wife of Melvin E. Sturdahl for 69 years.
She was a daughter of the late William J. and Matilda S. (Parker) Leach, Jr.
Lois was the loving mother of Nancy L. Johnston, Michael E. Sturdahl (Claudia), Lynn M. Manns (Steve), and Diane L. Stanek (Tim); loving grandmother of Bryan, Gregory, Brittany, Patrick, Christopher, Ashley, Jacob, Shanna and Michael; loving great grandmother of Kevin, Michael and Alexa. She was the sister of the late Jane P. Morrison.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 10 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rita Church, Oakland Beach Ave. at 11 am. Burial will be in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 p.m.
