PROPOSED ORD. NO. 7-23-01 AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO UTILIZE EASTERN CRANSTON POLICE IMPACT FEES AND WESTERN CRANSTON POLICE IMPACT FEES TOWARDS POLICE RENT
It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:
Section 1. The City of Cranston is hereby authorized to utilize $14,702 of Eastern and Western Police Impact Fees to offset the Fiscal Year 2024 operating expense of Account 53209 “Rent” in Group 1202 “Police Department”.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.
