While tooling around the Internet today catching up on my birthplace, Buttonwoods and Budlong Farm, I was saddened to find this story about the passing of Mrs. Maynard.

What an incredible leader this woman is. I say that in the present tense because the memory of my childhood and the effect the Maynard's had on my life will always live in the present with me. She will be missed yet she will still live on in all of those who she touched.

I wish nothing but the best for Mr. Maynard, Judy, Mark, and Alice and hope one day to be able to pass onto people I am associated with the things that Mrs. Maynard passed onto me.during my childhood years.

Rest in Peace Hope.....Rest in Peace.
