Made to fit

Owen Kelly, dressed in a Santa suit, was convinced the seven-foot tree could fit into the Prius driven by Mark Edwards, and he was right. While Thanksgiving was late this year, leaving fewer days to Christmas than usual, Edwards said he had to wait until after Thanksgiving to get his tree at Morris Farm, for doing otherwise would have been “un-American.” John Morris, who expects to sell 300 fresh cut Fraser pines, said the trees are a little more expensive this year. As usual, he anticipates there will be those who wait to only a few days before Christmas to get a tree. And, yes, there were those who couldn’t wait for Thanksgiving to get their tree.
