The Rhode Island Philatelic Society will host its annual stamp show on Saturday, March 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kelly and Gazzaro VFW Post, located at 1418 Plainfield Pike (Route 14).
The show will feature stamp exhibits as well as competitive and junior exhibits. A special cover, designed for this year’s show, will also be available. Another highlight will be free appraisals of stamp collections. A number of stamp dealers will set up displays and young people can learn about the society’s children’s stamp club, which includes free stamps. Door prizes will be awarded.
