Daisy Jo's Hot Chicken and Biscuits celebrated its official ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, June 21. Joined by Mayor Joseph Solomon, Ward 7 Councilman Stephen McAllister and members of the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, Daisy Jo's owner Ed Brady was all smiles as he set sail on his second business endeavor to try its luck at the less-than-fortunate parcel located at 63 Airport Road. The building has seen numerous attempts at business in recent years. With a unique offering and positive reviews coming from those who have already tried it, perhaps Daisy Jo’s will break the mold.
