CHAPTER 76

TRAFFIC

ARTICLE IV

STOPPING, STANDING AND

PARKING

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I. Chapter 76 Article IV of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Warwick is hereby amended to add the following:

Sec. 76-192. Parking restrictions generally.

(13) On either side of Ives Road, Sand Point, Potowomut, from Elkins Avenue easterly to the end of the road, from May 15 to September 15 of each year.

(14) On the southerly side of Ives Road, Potowomut, from Elkins Avenue to Robert Avenue, from May 15 to September 15 of each year.

(36) On the westerly side of Oakland Beach Avenue from West Shore Road to the northern boundary of Gordon Avenue.

(45) On either side of Oakland Beach Avenue from the northerly end of the Warwick Boys’ Club property to Salix Street.

(83) Either West side of Taplow Street from Gordon Avenue to NECO Pole #3 from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 1:45 p.m. until 2:30 pm. the most southerly line of 25 Taplow Street to Gordon Avenue.

(109) On the northerly side of Limestone Road, between NECO Pole #4 and Oakland Beach Avenue.

(126) On the odd-numbered side of Limestone Road from the corner of Oakland Beach Avenue to the first driveway at 23 Limestone Road.

(150) On the even-numbered side of the street from #6 Limestone Avenue to Horseneck Road between the hours of 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 1:45 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.

On the west side of Tarleton Street from Gordon Avenue to NECO pole #3 from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 1:45 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.

On the north side of Gordon Avenue from Oakland Beach Avenue to Horseneck Road from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 1:45 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Section II. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as prescribed by law.
